We’re sports mad at The Art Works, and love preserving your memorabilia. We can frame pretty much anything, and have in the past framed shirts, an F1 race car steering wheel, boxing gloves, football boots, and even a full F1 jumpsuit.
We are the trusted official framer for the Leeds Rhinos, as well as many other local clubs and professionals, including Olympic Champions Alistair and Jonny Brownlee. As with all our framing, we handcraft our sports framing onsite in our state-of-the-art workshop, using conservation techniques and materials to keep your item in pristine condition.

Sports shirt framing services
We have three bespoke options for framing shirts. We have created these options to make it easy for you to choose, but don’t worry if none of these fit the bill or you have a different idea just get in touch; we love a challenge and the chance to get creative.
Standard shirt framing
In this option the shirt is stretched over acid free mountboard individually cut to the shape and size of your shirt, no adhesives are used to preserve your memorabilia. The shirt is float mounted and set away from the glass placed on a conservation level mountboard in a colour chosen to compliment your shirt. This is then finished in either a black or white box frame ready to hang on your wall. We can also include a custom aluminium plaque as an extra if required.
Premium shirt framing
For the premium option we stretch and mount your shirt to the same high standards highlighted in the standard shirt framing section, with the addition of extra mounts at the front of the frame to help set off your shirt, this also gives you the option of window mounting your photos and including a plaque to bring extra interest to the presentation. With the premium option comes a larger selection of mouldings to choose from, with the most popular being a chunky black or silver box frame.
Ultimate shirt framing
For that next level ultimate framing we offer speciality non reflective “invisible” glass with UV protection to help preserve and showcase your prized possession.
